Saathi is bought once per wedding, so there is no subscription to cancel. This page says when a plan can be refunded, what happens to message credits, and how to ask.
Saathi is a one-time purchase per wedding. There is no subscription, no renewal date and no recurring charge, so there is no billing to cancel. You can stop using Saathi at any time, and delete your account and everything in it from Settings.
If you buy a plan and have not used what it grants, ask us within 7 days of payment and we will refund it in full. “Not used” means, on that wedding since the payment:
We check this against the wedding's own usage record, so you do not have to prove anything. Tell us the wedding and we will look.
After messages have gone out or exports have been taken, the plan is not refundable. Each WhatsApp message we send costs us money the moment it is delivered, and an export is the product itself. This is also why a partly-used plan is not refunded pro rata. Try Saathi on the free trial, which holds 25 guests and shows you every screen, before you pay.
Extra messages, extra AI allowance and extra planner wedding slots are refundable while entirely unconsumed, within the same 7 days. Once any part of a top-up has been spent, that top-up is not refundable.
The rules above are about changing your mind. They do not limit anything else: if you were charged twice, charged after a failed payment, or the service could not do what you paid for because of a fault at our end, write to us and we will refund it regardless of the window. Tell us what happened; we would rather fix the cause than argue the clause.
Email support@dagacorp.in from the address you signed in with, naming the wedding. We reply within one working day and approve or explain within three. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor, and usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days. The exact timing is your bank's.
