This is the part that saves an evening. Saathi asks every confirmed guest how they are arriving, reads whatever comes back, in whatever language and however it is written, and stages a trip for you to approve. Nothing is saved until you say yes.

Hotels, wings and room numbers, with families kept together. Saathi drafts the allocation; you drag anyone anywhere afterwards.
Every function with its time, venue, dress code and who is invited to it: the bride's side only, or everyone.
One WhatsApp message per guest, filled in from their own row: their name, their room, their function. You approve the wording once and Saathi sends it to everyone it applies to.
